First Appointment 60 minutes - £60.00

On the first session, you will receive a free consultation discussing your reason for the treatment, physical and medical history and a possible treatment plan, outside of the 60 mins session.
I will typically carry out specific movement tests to understand your current state of muscle function in problem areas as well as related areas, I will then establish your treatment. ​

60 minutes - £60.00

In the 60 minutes treatment, I will reassess your condition and adapt the treatment plan to your physical needs. During the treatment, I will discuss ways to improve your condition including home treatment plan.

90 minutes session - £80.00

90 minute session can treat your whole body so this can be applicable for people who need the treatment for multiple ares and complex requirements. We will focus on each issue deeply and address your posture and aliment.

30 minutes - £37.00

A 3o minute sports massage is a perfect for treating one area of the body such as back or shoulder and neck. There will be consultation discussing the injury and the appointment. The sports massage will only focus on on one area, if you want to treat more areas or have a relaxing treatment please book a 60 Minutes massage.

Dance Company Massage 

Let body recover from the days rehearsal or between shows, help with any injuries and relax for the next show or day's work. I can travel to theatre, studio or digs.

45 minitue Massage per performer and please call for quote.

Cancellation policy

Late cancellation after 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged for your treatment rate. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Any client who requires more complex treatments to the musculoskeletal system may be referred to trusted physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths as part of the treatment plan.
