Lock down in Brighton and hove
Sports massage Hove had to close its doors in mid march due to the corona virus.
So what have I been doing in the lock down?
It's a bloody good question! I honestly don't know definitely struggling with home schooling then giving up and then feeling guilty of not home schooling- this spiral is still continuing! I realise I’m more of a active person than a sit down desk kind of guy. (obviously it’s all about the teacher) So we have been out side learning instead. Lots of outside activities I was using our one hour a day exercise normally exploring the trees, bike ramps bluebells the list goes on.
Digging at the allotment, the allotment has been my really saving grace! Slowly organise the chaos, to a lovely more organised allotment with loads of slow worms (slow worms can live in the wild to up to 30 years) Honestly I don't know how I would of coped with out the allotment.
Running up and down Hove seafront running through her park but ..
I badly sprained my ankle and was on crutches for a week or so. I have many new ways of recovering from bad ankle strains, what really helped my recovery was I sat my foot in the coal bucket for four days!
Yoga –just re found yoga, a 30 day challenge and is incredible how much is help my mental state and making me a lot more calmer, open to things, which is really refreshing it Is a link to it. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9T0rODp2rcvXDagow8XpBTAtAs5HCHqP
Cycling – I’ve been doing lots of cycling with my son, around hove, to Brighton marina , the cycling together to our privet beach in Shoreham harbour, cycling on the downs, Worthing – I got new bike for my birthday.
I plan to open Sports Massage Hove Soon, when it safe potentially the July 4th, but it depends on public healthe England and the infection rate being very low.
I look forward to seeing all my sports massage clients in Brighton and hove Soon!
