Sports Massage Brighton And Hove

Im Very Glad to say January is OVER, few that was a painful month. But Feb is feeling a bit easier, the days are getting longer, hove is seaming happier! Even the daffodils are making an appearance.   Just to remind you Im back working as a sports massage therapist in brighton and hove, dealing with many different  injuries, back aches, shoulder pain. Lots of MOT massages to help with the Brighton  marathon training.

My Soft Tissue Therapy and Massage treatments are as Covid safe as possible.
Working in the healthcare sector I follow the Government’s Covid health and safety guidelines diligently because this is now an integral part of my job. You can be reassured that it is as safe as it can be because I work in a carefully controlled environment and take all the necessary precautions.

• I do a LFT daily and will stop working if I test positive or am told to isolate by Test & Trace.
• I send a pre-appointment screening form to help prevent coming into contact with a client who may be infected.
• I sanitise all surface areas and allow time to ventilate the treatment room between clients.
• I wear a face covering at all times in the treatment environment and require my clients to do the same.
